How we protect your data
You trust us with your financial records. Here is how we keep them safe.
Access you control
We work inside your own software with our own user logins. You can see and remove our access at any time.
Multi-factor everywhere
Multi-factor authentication on every account we use, and passwords kept in a password manager.
Encrypted file sharing
Documents move through encrypted shared folders, never as loose email attachments.
Confidential by contract
Confidentiality agreements for our team, and an NDA for your business on request.
How we work with your systems
- We use our own named logins in your accounting software, never shared passwords.
- We ask only for the access level the work needs, and we remove it when the engagement ends.
- Documents are shared through encrypted folders with access limited to the people working on your account.
- We never ask you to send passwords, card numbers or bank logins by email or WhatsApp.
Protecting you from payment fraud
We will never change our bank details by email or message. If you ever receive a message that appears to come from us asking you to pay a new account, call us on a number you already know before paying.
